On my way to becoming a consultant in 2018, I held a wide range of resource development roles in Europe and the United States. This includes leading one-person development shops in innovative, lean organizations as well as development officer and grant writing positions in larger, leading non-profits and universities. Organizations addressing health inequities have been my focus for the past decade.
Twenty years’ experience working inside third sector organizations has shown me what it is to be motivated by a worthy mission and to hold the responsibility of ensuring the necessary funding is in place. I bring this experience and perspective, including real appreciation for staff and boards I work with, to my work as a consultant.
I have my roots in Montana in the United States, have lived and worked in Los Angeles, the Twin Cities and Seattle before moving to Paris, France in 2009. I have Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Concordia College in Morehead, Minnesota and a Master of Science degree in organizational leadership from Boston University.
English is my first Language and I'm proficient in French. For details on my work experience, please see my LinkedIn profile.
To muster essentially means to gather what’s needed - typically to accomplish something important. This is what resource development and corporate relations are: a coming together of organizations, people, expertise, funding and other resources to achieve something good. It’s the heart of this consultancy and integral to the work of the organizations it serves.
